Everyone in Legion is entered but priority goes to people who might need the Kinah.

Christmas Day Jackpot is determined by a Random Number Generator
Not everyone is entered into the Draw, If you speak while Turty is online you will be entered into the Draw even if it's just a "Hi".
You will be given a number and a Online Random Number Generator will choose which person wins

If your schedule doesn't allow you to get online much and your never online when Turty is, you may ask other members to speak to Turty on your behalf.
